This Code of Conduct applies to all Students and Parents engaged with 11 Plus Prep School.
Compliance with this Code is a condition of continued enrolment. Breach of this Code may result in suspension or permanent exclusion in accordance with the School’s Terms & Conditions.

1. General Behaviour
Students must:
• Treat tutors and fellow students with respect.
• Follow tutor instructions promptly.
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour.
• Use appropriate language at all times.
• Not bully, harass, intimidate or verbally abuse others.

2. Online Lesson Conduct (Where Applicable)
Students must:
• Join lessons using their real name.
• Keep their camera on unless instructed otherwise.
• Use headphones where reasonably required.
• Follow tutor instructions regarding microphones.
• Not use chat, annotation tools, filters or background effects without permission.
• Not browse the internet or access unrelated material during lesson time.
• Not allow other persons to participate in, observe or interfere with the lesson without prior consent.
Parents must ensure the Student has a suitable learning environment free from unnecessary distraction.

3. Safeguarding
Students may not leave a lesson early without prior parental notification.
Safeguarding considerations override any informal arrangements.

4. Parent Conduct
Parents and representatives must:
• Communicate respectfully with staff.
• Refrain from abusive, threatening or defamatory conduct.
• Not interfere with the delivery of lessons.
The School operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse of staff.

5. Consequences of Breach
Where a breach occurs, the School may:
• Issue a warning;
• Suspend the Student;
• Permanently exclude the Student.
In the event of permanent exclusion, Fees remain payable in accordance with the School’s Terms & Conditions.
